Andy is the face of Hart Safety and Compliance Solutions. A greatly experienced International Senior OHSE Leader with a demonstrated history of integrating global working in the FMCG and a FTSE environment. Skilled in pragmatic solutions for OHSE, whether at strategic corporate level or the nuts and bolts end. Proven at developing continual improvement in performance along with competency in our people. A strong professional who prefers to go, see and influence - rather than theorise.  Completely approachable in the training room, the Board room, or out on the plant.

Andy developed his skills as an OHSE leader at Imperial Brands; working in OHSE since 1995. Initially trained as a Mechanical and Production Engineer, OHSE became a career choice and he worked at all levels from Safety Officer to Global OHSE Manager - Manufacturing and Supply Chain with around 40 international factories and 16000  employees engaged in the journey. With every continent included in the portfolio, understanding the diversity of culture and different levels of maturity was paramount to success.
